Dainis Vuskans has been the conductor of the Latvian Military Band for 26 years. He explains his passion for music and why it plays such an important role in a war situation. Includes shots of the band playing for the president and crowds of thousands, at the Latvian Independence Day Parade on 18th November, as well as shots of the band during rehearsal.
